Can I combine multiple programmes?

You don't need to as each programme is designed as a complete pathway, but you can move between them as your needs change.

How long does it take to receive my programme plan?

Once your consultations and results are in, your personalised plan is delivered shortly after, timing depends mainly on lab turnaround.

What if I do not see progress during the programme?

Your coach continuously reviews and adjusts your strategy, so if something is not working, we refine it, and if needed, we go deeper with additional testing or specialist input.

How do consultations take place?
