Do you accept my insurance?
While our programmes can be accessed privately, we do not accept any cover by insurance. Financing options are available and have been included in our Terms and Conditions.
How can I pay my bill?

What qualifications do Health+ Coaches have?
Our Health+ Coaches are all medically trained with a wide range of specialties. They have been trained in our 360° approach to health, ensuring you get personalised guidance from day one.
How long does it take from assessment until my six-month programme is ready?
Your programme should be ready within your first month, depending on how long your lab results take.
I have a medical condition. Are the programmes suitable for me?
Our programmes are designed to support a wide range of health conditions, but it is essential to get the green light from your doctor.
Can I join AdeaHealth if I am pregnant?
Yes, just inform your Health+ Coach that you are pregnant.
Does AdeaHealth use its own labs or third-party services?
We partner with labs in certain regions, but you have the flexibility to choose your preferred lab. The Company does not receive any profits, commissions, or financial interests from/in our partner labs. All advantages received by the Company are passed to its clients.
Can I continue with the AdeaHealth programme if I have to travel or relocate?
Absolutely! Once you have completed your initial health assessments, you can access your programme from anywhere in the world. Think of it as your portable health toolkit!
When will I start seeing results on the Health+ programme?
If you follow our programmes exactly as planned, you will start seeing changes from the first day. As your body balances and optimises its functions, significant improvements in your health should become noticeable within a month.
What if I don't achieve the desired results in two months? What is the approach then?
Your Health+ Coach will regularly assess your progress and adjust your plan accordingly. If needed, we may recommend additional tests or involve other specialists.
How long can I expect to wait after testing to receive results?
Your results should arrive in a few days. The exact timeline depends on the specific lab of choice.
What if I need to see a doctor urgently?
If you are part of our programmes, we can connect you with a doctor in our network within 48 hours. But remember, for true emergencies, seek immediate care.
Can I access my medical records online?
Currently, we will send your results directly to you. Once the app launches, you will have them all in one place.
Do you offer translation services?
Not yet, but we are always looking for ways to improve!
