Logistical Practicalities of Health
Those who
Inspired Us.
David Sinclair
Ph. D. in Molecular Genetics
Pioneering longevity researcher at Harvard Medical School unravelling secrets of ageing and healthspan.

I believe that ageing is a disease. I believe it is treatable. I believe we can treat it within our lifetimes. And in doing so, I believe, everything we know about human health will be fundamentally changed.

Andrew Huberman
Ph.D. in neuroscience from UC Davis
A neuroscientist exploring brain plasticity and human performance at Stanford University.

Positive thinking is not about being delusional. It’s about learning how to take control of internal processing and knowing it’ll shape your external environment.

Dr. Peter Attia
Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and applied mathematics from Queen's University at Kingston.
Stanford/Johns Hopkins/NIH-trained physician pioneering longevity science and evolution of medicine. (Med 3.0)

Unfortunately, in today’s unhealthy society, “normal” or “average” is not the same as “optimal.

Dr. Sara Gottfried
Joint Program with Harvard Medical School/M.D., Doctorate of Medicine, Physician/Scientist, Bioinformatics, Cardiometabolic Health
Harvard Medical School graduate reshaping women's health through personalised medicine and hormone optimisation.

Presently, only about 2% of medical doctors are pursuing an integrative and functional approach. We need at least 13% to 15% to begin market transformation. What unites us is our common goal of putting the patient at the centre and our desire to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Dr. Carmen Messerlian
Post-doctoral fellowship in epidemiology from Harvard University
Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health expert investigating environmental influences on reproductive health.

I am committed to understanding how the world around us impacts human reproductive health and development. My motivation is always one of understanding and giving, equally in my pursuit of science as in humanity.

Dr. Justin Sonnenburg
Ph. D. in Biomedical Sciences at the University of California, San Diego in the laboratory of Ajit Varki
Stanford School of Medicine's leading researcher on the gut microbiome and its impact on health.

It is possible that raising children in an overly hygienic environment could have a long-lasting detrimental impact on the development of their immune systems.

Dr. Mark Hyman
Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Ottawa
Renowned physician challenging conventional health wisdom, founder of The UltraWellness Center.

The food you eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.

Dr. Mindy Pelz
Bs degree from the University of Kansas and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Women’s health and holistic health expert.

You can’t be in constant states of stress and improve your health at the same time.

Dr. Casey Means
Doctor of Medicine from Stanford University School of Medicine and Bachelor's degree, with Honors, in Human Biology from Stanford University.
Stanford-trained metabolic health expert, Chief Medical Officer at Levels, reshaping diabetes management.

We all think about food in relation to blood sugar, but there are actually I would say four main pillars that go into our blood sugar response.

Dr. Robert Lustig
Bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MD from Cornell University Medical College.
Dual appointment at MIT and Cornell University, advocating against sugar's detrimental effects on health.

The real problem is not in losing the weight but in keeping it off for any meaningful length of time. Numerous sources show that almost every lifestyle intervention works for the first three to six months. But then the weight comes rolling back.

Dr. Giles Yeo
Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley and a PhD study on Molecular Genetics at the University of Cambridge.
Cambridge University's expert in genetics and obesity, unravelling complexities of weight regulation.

What I want people to understand is that understanding the concept of caloric availability is a good way of trying to improve the quality of the diet we're eating. I think if we have a better look at how calorically available a given food, it also is a good proxy for the quality of the food that you're actually eating. And I think that is the more important point.

Dr. Carlos Jaramillo
PhD in Geology and Botany from the University of Florida
Yale University's authority on neurology, advancing treatments for neurological disorders.

We must leave aside the belief that all health problems are hereditary and that genetic information is like a curse that repeats from generation to generation. The real enemy is our lifestyle. The blame is not on the genes.

Dr. Tim Spector
MSc in Epidemiology, and MD thesis at the University of London.
Prominent researcher at St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, exploring human microbiome and health.

The more diverse our gut bacteria, the healthier we are.

Dr. Matthew Walker
Degree in neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and a Ph.D. in neurophysiology from Newcastle University.
Leading sleep scientist at the University of California, Berkeley, illuminating the critical role of sleep in health and longevity.

Sleep is the Swiss army knife of health. When sleep is deficient, there is sickness and disease. And when sleep is abundant, there is vitality and health.

Dr. Daniel Amen
BA degree in biology from Southern California College and an MD degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine.
Noted psychiatrist from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine, specializing in brain health and imaging techniques.

Don't believe everything you hear--even in your own mind. At 18 you worry about what everyone thinks of you. At 40 you don't care. At 60 you realize no one was thinking about you anyway!

Dr. Layne Norton
BS in Biochemistry (Honors) from Eckerd College and a PhD in Nutritional Sciences (Honors) from the University of Illinois.

If you don't challenge the immune system, it will weaken. So by actually challenging the body, we strengthen the body. By stressing the body, we strengthen the body.

Dr. Nathan Bryan

Renowned industrial researcher and professor at Baylor College of Medicine, advancing nitric oxide research for human health.

People get sick for two reasons and two reasons only: your body is missing something that it needs, or it’s exposed to something it doesn’t need.

AdeaHealth was created to allow the average person to access similar programmes and protocols that the fortunate ones that can get treated by world-class medical experts can. We have made the next generation of healthcare affordable and accessible to anyone
